Our Promise of Health and Happiness

At Rowanna Pug Puppies Home, the health and well-being of our puppies come first. We are dedicated to raising strong, happy, and healthy Pug puppies that will bring years of joy and companionship to their new families.

We take great pride in the care, love, and attention that go into every puppy we raise. All our puppies are bred responsibly, receive regular veterinary care, and are properly vaccinated and dewormed before leaving for their new homes.

This Health Guarantee outlines our commitment to ensuring that every puppy from Rowanna Pug Puppies Home is healthy, protected, and ready to become a beloved member of your family.

🐶 Our Health Promise

  1. Veterinary Check:
Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home. We provide a health certificate confirming that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale.

  2. Vaccinations & Deworming:
Every puppy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. You will receive a full vaccination and medical record with your puppy.

  3. Health Guarantee Period:

    • We guarantee your puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

    • If, within this time frame, your veterinarian diagnoses a genetic or congenital condition that severely affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy of equal value or another suitable solution, depending on availability and circumstances.

  4. Immediate Health Period (72 Hours):

    • Upon receiving your puppy, you must have them examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 business days).

    • If the vet finds any serious health concerns, you must notify us immediately with written documentation from the examining veterinarian.

    • Should a major illness be confirmed, and verified by both your vet and ours, we will offer a replacement puppy or a refund as agreed upon.

🏥 What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our health guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor, temporary issues such as diarrhea, colds, or allergies often caused by stress or environmental changes.

  • Health problems due to neglect, poor diet, accidents, or failure to provide proper veterinary care.

  • Conditions that are common and non-life-threatening to the breed (such as stenotic nares, mild patella luxation, or minor respiratory sounds, which are typical in brachycephalic breeds like Pugs).

  • Costs of vet visits, diagnostics, or treatments after the puppy leaves our care.

🐾 Our Responsibility and Yours

We believe a healthy puppy stays healthy when given proper care, nutrition, and love. To maintain this health guarantee, new owners must:

  • Keep the puppy on a balanced diet approved by your veterinarian.

  • Provide regular vet check-ups and stay current on vaccinations.

  • Ensure a safe, loving environment with plenty of attention and affection.

Your commitment to your puppy’s health and happiness helps ensure that they live a long, joyful life — just as we intended when we brought them into the world.
